We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review the following terms for returns and claims:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
Any issues determined to be our fault will be corrected or replaced at no additional cost to you.
2. Return Address & Processing
All returned shipments are sent to our default facility. Once your return is received, you’ll receive an automatic email notification.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
If you choose to use your own return address, you will be responsible for any returns sent back to that address.
3. Incorrect Address
If the courier deems the provided shipping address insufficient, the order will be returned to our facility.
You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated and valid address has been confirmed.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require payment of reshipment fees before being resent.
5. EU Consumer Notice
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council (25 October 2011), the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalized. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion for such items.
6. Language & Jurisdiction
This Return Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided.
